Processing Time:
Since our playground sets are custom-made to order, please allow 15-25 business days for manufacturing and design confirmation after payment is received. We do not hold stock; every unit is built specifically for you.

Shipping Time :
Due to the size and weight of the wooden structures, we use sea freight or specialized heavy cargo logistics. Estimated delivery time is 30-45 days after shipment.
