Custom Order Policy :
All our playground sets are customized based on your specific requirements and dimensions. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Exceptions: Refunds are only considered if the product arrives damaged or significantly differs from the approved design proof. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
